If you’re overweight, you’re not alone. And you don’t need to feel alone. Today, between half and two-thirds of Americans are overweight or obese, according to the National Center for Health Statistics.
Why include weight loss support in Borgess Run Camp? We know that for many people, exercise is just half the battle. Exercise helps, of course, but we’ll bring some informational and social support to the process as well. As it is with running, you still have to do the work. You get the credit. And you see the results. We don’t offer guarantees or a strict nutritional regimen to follow. This is not a medically “supervised” program, but you get exposed to sound nutritional expertise.
If you sign up for Good Riddance, we encourage you to attend all informational sessions, make use of the resources and tools we offer and suggest, and set goals that fit within your lifestyle.
