Team leaders are the heart and soul of Borgess Run Camp, so we take their involvement seriously. We set expectations and we explain the roles and responsibilities of leaders, the relationship between the individual and the team, and the relationship between the team and the camp.

We keep the door open for new leaders. Team leadership is a volunteer experience that comes with perks, but more importantly with the reward of leading change.
