Training for a running event of any distance requires good information, and a distinguishing characteristic of Borgess Run Camp is the care and advice of professionals. Getting good social support without good information and advice can be tricky and lead to injury. Our physicians, physical therapists and exercise physiologists set aside time to discuss challenges with individual campers. They also provide helpful information in clinics that are a part of Borgess Run Camp.
