Borgess Run Camp has just enough organization not to spoil the fun. Camp infrastructure includes exposure to expertise (including physicians and physical therapists), plenty of detailed information (including maps, training guides and clinics), ongoing communications, hydration on the training runs, post-run food and ways to meet new people and develop new interests. Most importantly, it’s an experience that can help you achieve that goal. Or those goals.
